Drag your receipts (photo or PDF) into the Receipts → drop-here folder in Drive. Tap Import all — the first tap shows you what was read without saving anything. Look it over, then tap Confirm import to bring them all in: each receipt restocks materials or logs an expense, then files itself. Big piles keep importing in the background, so you can close the app and check back here for progress.
Review & fix items walks you through every line that doesn’t add up — tap Looks right to clear it, or Fix to correct the numbers (a fix also updates the linked expense or material stock). It doesn’t change anything unless you tap Fix.
